How much does your service cost?
Our prices are simple and affordable which are easy on pocket in comparison with the high street prices.
$30 dollar minimum order/ 15 pound minimum. 1 load is roughly 10 lbs
Don’t worry about measuring. We can adjust the price after weighing your laundry.
How will I be billed?
We charge your credit or debit card directly from your website transaction. Additional charges for added items or services made after a completed transaction will be charged in person or billed to the account holder.
Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa, mastercard, American Express, and Discovery
How much do you charge for delivery?
There is no pickup or delivery charge
Is there a minimum amount I have to spend for pickup and delivery?
There is a $30 minimum or 15lb minimum.
I missed my pickup. Will I be charged a missed pickup fee?
There are text and email reminders to make sure you don’t miss pickups. If you miss your pickup, forget to leave the laundry, or forget to cancel, there will be a $10 missed pickup fee.
What do I do when I miss a pick up?
If you miss a pickup a second attempt will be made the day after. Please note missed pickups have a $10 charge to your card. If you do not want the second attempt please cancel your order.
What if I am not home when you pickup and deliver
If you are not home at the time of pickup dont worry. We ask you to leave the laundry somewhere accessible and make a note in your pickup/delivery instructions. Many customers leave laundry at their front/back door or foyer. If you processed the transaction and notes and forgot to add instructions feel free to give us a call.
Am I able to purchase a laundry bag?
Yes! We sell laundry bags for $10. Our bags hold up to 4 loads of laundry (30-40lbs) and are made of 100% nylon. All purchased laundry bags are final sale.
How do I know when my laundry will be picked up and delivered?
We have email and text notifications and a GPS tracking system on your order with live data tracking.
When is the latest time I am able to schedule a pickup?
The latest time you can schedule a pickup is before 12am the night before the scheduled pickup day.
Is there any way that CityWide Laundry could remind me to get my laundry ready and leave it out for pickup?
Yes! Our team sends reminders via texts and email 24 hours and 2 hour prior to pickup.
I forgot to leave my laundry out for pickup. What should I do?
If the laundry was forgotten in a small enough window, try calling the driver to see if they are still in your area and can make another pickup attempt. If they are unable to, your card will be charged a missed fee of $10. A second attempt for pickup will be made the following day unless the order is canceled.
Are you able to pick up and deliver to my place of work?
Yes! If it is more convenient for you to schedule pickup and delivery at your job then schedule the order like any home order with instructions on how and where to pick up and deliver.
I wrote instructions for a pickup in front of my front/back door or outside but there is bad weather and I don’t want my laundry to get ruined.
No worries. We understand in bad weather conditions customers may not want to do outside pickup and delivery. We will contact you or approach your door to request the laundry be handed to us.
If roads are dangerous or the weather is severe will my laundry still be delivered?
Our team works hard in ensuring your laundry service is completed in the promised time frame. However, under situations where we have no control we will notify the customer and communicate estimated and updated pickup and delivery times.
How long does it take to finish service once laundry is picked up?
We ask for 24 hours for your laundry to be returned to you.
Where do you suggest I leave my laundry?
Depending on your place of pickup we recommend you leave your laundry in a protected location. Many of our customers leave their laundry in front of front and back doors and at front desks.
Can I put my pickups on hold?
If you have scheduled a pickup/delivery and won’t be available for pickup contact us to move your pickup. This must be done at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
I want my laundry services to be completed a certain way, how do I let someone know?
If you prefer a specific way of washing, folding, ironing, or if you prefer a detergent over another or any specific instructions, feel free to add them in the notes section of your order.
Will my clothes be washed with other people’s clothing?
Absolutely not! We wash our customers’ individual clothes using separate washers and dryers.
